Rampage: Nakakjin Baptist Camp

We had 43 students go and about 15 staff! We had a blast!

The weather was amazing all weekend! The only time it really rained was on the last day just in the morning. The sun came out about an hour before we left camp. The water was wonderful too. The water was so calm and crystal clear. The students played in the water all afternoon. I even swam in the water. Considering last weekend when I was in the water I wore a 5 mil. wetsuit this was pretty amazing. God was so good to us.

Just for Fun....

Over spring break, our Hume Lake team showed us a video they made about the rules for the game BROOM HOCKEY at their camp. The video is mocking boy bands in general and one of the guys who helped run the camp was in it. It is a favorite with our high school kids now. They pretty much know it by heart now. The song is very catchy... hope you enjoy it.

Two Weeks!!!

Two weeks from today I will be flying to Denver, Colorado! It's been well over three months since David and I have seen each other and well I am ready to be done with this long distance thing. =)

so only two more weeks till I get to see THIS guy....

Messy Game Day

Last week we had a special event for our MS group. This was a "warm up" event to Rampage (our big May retreat). We wanted our regulars to invite their friends so they could hear about Rampage and feel more comfortable about going. Our kids did a great job inviting their friends and made all the new students feel welcome.

This kiddie pool was full of jello, water, cooked oatmeal, hot dogs, grapes and cereal. YUM!!!
